Cedar Provence 220g
Scented candle
Cedar Provence
Reading through the pages of a Pagnol, I remember the roads of Provence, in spring, when the scrubland blossoms, becomes fuller and ruffled by the wind that comes to play in the heart of its dense bushes.
This woody fragrance. Less classic and expected. The signature of this Provence reserved for those who travel through it in all seasons. Who knows that the sand protects the roots of its large trees before sliding towards the beaches. It is these trees, which in return, will generously offer their shade and their scents. Cèdre Provence is a candle that delights and perfumes with its “vegetable spices”.
Which, if we were to draw the scent, would summon ocher, deep green, pink for light and brown. This palette is that of the hinterland. Cedar and spices in the base note are disrupted by cloves, nutmeg and rose.
Perfumed remains of distant trading posts, from which the Crusader coffers would have overflowed. Finally, a simple garden based on thyme, slightly sophisticated with notes of Eucalyptus. Cèdre Provence, it looks like the South.
